OM
Since 1998 making work flow has been our business idea, the philosophy and main feature of all our solutions – and it has been with us from the very start of the company.

Sometimes it means looking at a single business process (like supplier invoice handling), figure out how it can be improved with the help of our solutions and services and then implement it, but more often it means taking a bigger view of the business and its processes and find out how we can connect them better and improve processing and reporting to generate a fast return on investment for our services.

We never operate in a vacuum where everything is new, clean, sterile. The customer “theatre” has history, people, well founded existing processes and business systems and company culture – and to make improvements all of this must be considered. That's why our Products are modules made to supplement and connect, to work “between the siloes” interconnecting different systems picking and delivering data in different directions - and often helping older production systems to modern processing capabilities.

With this in mind, we do our best to identify all input sources, all decisions made (and who makes them) and which outputs are required. It also enables us to develop a long term strategy for process improvements together with our customers – that will allow them better long term planning.

Product philosophy
We have a few simple targets for all our applications and services that stay with us in all parts of their lifecycle
-
User friendly – intuitive and easy to use
-
Secure
-
Fast and efficient. We do use th stopwatch to find out from time to time, but simpler and usually better - we count number of clicks needed to to a task + seconds waiting as simple but accurate indicators for this.
-
Well integrated applications/services with a 360 degrees view at business processes making work flow, either using just At Work applications or integrated with existing applications.

We probably don't need to mention this means less manual handling, faster and more accurate processing, increased capacity with existing resources. And for the bigger companies, it helps balancing (or reducing problems) central vs. local inhouse services.
